In the cup, expect deeper notes of chocolate and warm brown spice, rounded out with a natural cane sugar sweetness and a clean finish. It’s a steady, approachable coffee with enough depth to feel special, but smooth enough for everyday drinking.
Rooted in a tradition known as Minca, a spirit of shared work and collaboration among farmers, this coffee reflects the collective care and effort behind each harvest.
