At Lost Pines, coffee is a craft. We roast with purpose, keeping things simple, honest, and rooted in quality. Every batch is small-batch roasted in Magnolia, Texas, so the coffee in your cup is as fresh as it gets.

For us, it’s about balance: bold, smooth flavors that hold their ground, roasted in a way that lets the coffee speak for itself.

Our Sourcing Philosophy

We know that great coffee starts long before it reaches our roastery. We partner with farmers who share our values of sustainability, integrity, and clean farming. Many of our coffees are certified organic, and all are grown with practices that respect both the land and the people who tend it.
