Aged 8 weeks in a white oak bourbon barrel from a local distillery, this small-batch reserve takes on a depth of character you won't find anywhere else. As the beans rest inside the charred oak, they take on the rich bold layers of vanilla, oak, and warm bourbon sweetness.

Because every barrel carries its own character, no two batches are ever alike. Each release is handcrafted in limited quantities and roasted to order. A true reserve coffee, meant to be savored.
