Our Ethiopia Dark Roast is a naturally processed coffee that is grown under the shade of a forest canopy in the mountains of Guji.  This region has been farming coffee for centuries and dominates in flavor with mineral-rich soil and high elevation through out the region.  Expect notes of strawberry and orange blossom.
